I did some work for a large UK company who did business in Turkey.
They had to use an intermediary (Turkish Agent) to get any business done there. The UK CFO (who was a very polite, old school accountant)told me that whenever he met the Turkish guy, he used to count his fingers after shaking hands with him!  And I've also worked in Turkey. Very interesting business practices. If we let them in, it's not terrorism we have to fear. Makes the NHS, MoD, Defence Contractors look whiter than white |

Just another step towards breaking down the concept of nation states. Sadly,they haven't thought through the other implications due to being fully focused on that. Collective insanity is a good phrase.
