I'm afraid if a person is put into a job purely because of one's colour/religion/gender as opposed to being there on merit, then prepare for disappointment.
It doesn't matter whether it's the occupant of Oval Office, or the occupant of the office of 'Director of Pretendy Woman Special Needs Services' at a London local council, the results are usually poor. |
