One of our neighbours allows her dog to Shyte in everyone's front garden when she takes it for a walk.
She watches it doing it and never cleans it up.
Obviously not the dogs fault but what is best way to deal with it.
They have been spoken to about it before and done sweet f all.

I'll add that my daughter has trodden in it on our garden and the kid across the road picked it up.

It is a big problem getting some dog owners to be responsible.  What really gets me are the dirty b*****s who leave it, or the ones who pick it up in a plastic bag and then leave it on a wall or throw it in a bush or tree.

In reality there shouldn't be a problem - you own a dog, it eats, it poos, you clean it up.

This reminds me of when I was at a house on business, and had to go into the rear garden for observations.

How was I to know I trod in the stuff, wearing a pair of my "Moreschi" brogues?

Didn't know until I was driving away and the stench came up from the footwell.

I was none too pleased and then she called my office to complain. She wanted us to pay for cleaning her carpet!

I had to tell her that it was her shyte, not mine, and I was none too pleased to have it in my car, and on my shoes,
that are worth several times more than her carpet.

Incidentally, the house was a pig sty, and she had two small children, that she thought were alright playing on the floor where her dogs had been.

If the dog cr@ps then it's the owners responsibility to clean it up ,if he won't then pick it up and place it on his lawn as he is responsible for it..

Or put it in a paper bag and set fire to it as you push it through her letter box (the one on the front door I mean).

Simply take a picture or a video of the dog fouling, and tell her you're going to forward the evidence to the local authorities.

Or do it anyway without telling her.

Motion activated sprinkler should sort out the problem or just put a tenner on a Ladbrokes that the dog does it again

Check you local council's policy on it, probably to make an online complaint with dates, times, etc. They should prosecute if they can catch him not clearing up after it.

Pick it up in some kitchen roll or similar and drop it through her letterbox. If she catches you, just say she must have left it on your lawn by mistake and you were just returning it to her. If she threatens anything suggest that as part of the legal proceedings she gets a dna test done on the said shyte to confirm whether you are targeting her or indeed just returning her property.

I have two dogs but that is foul (no pun intended), you need to take action. I have met many hideous animals who do not pick up after their pets, and often call them on it. Have often picked it up after they've passed Iin a bag obviously) chased them and handed it to them "sorry, I think you forgot this", or "oh, you don't seem to have a poo bag, here you go" if I catch them in the act of leaving one.

One time I was walking and a woman with a pram was on the phone miles ahead of her dog, paying no attention to what it was doing. Inevitably it did a big sh1t but as I was a lot nearer the dog than her, I called him over, made a fuss of him, then bagged the ****, tied it round the dog's collar and sent him on his way. Took great pleasure in the dog reaching her and her trying to work out what was round her dog's neck. Was waiting for the row with great expectation but she obviously realised and pressed on without a word.

Get Off Cat and Dog Repellent Crystals.....

Get Off crystals are effective in all weather conditions, slowly releasing a strong odour that confuses cats and dogs sense of smell.

Over a period of time they will be trained to move away from the treated areas to those where they can detect evidence of previous fouling odours.

For use on lawns and flowerbeds.

Why don't you just move to a decent area Tree rather than your current council estate?
