Not "up to 3 times stronger" but a definite statement of the fact.
Aside from the fact that it's ridiculous, how do they get away with it?

for years I believed the statement that 9 out of 10 cats preferred Whiskas, being too lazy to investigate the claim.
When I found out the actual truth, it was a big wake up call. |
