The names being discussed on the interweb are Sheen, Farrell and DiCaprio.

This is going to turn into a guessing game now. But if he carried on with these women despite knowing he had HIV, then he deserves to be named. You can't play Russian Roulette with it !

Agree Charlie looks the likely favourite, because all the details about him without naming him just scream C.S. But then one report also mentions this person being an "acting genius" as well as a "one of Hollywood's top megastars." That clue pretty much rules out Charlie, "acting genius" DiCaprio and Sean Penn more of an acting genius than Sheen.
However, perhaps don't focus too much on the description of "acting genius". We all know the tabloid media is prone to exaggeration ! So Charlie Sheen still looks like the favourite.
