My mate is renovating an old house.
He's ripped out most of the old copper piping but then decided to install a temporary tap downstairs.
He recycled some of the old copper pipes and used them to do the pipe work for the tap.
When I turned it on, I mean when he turned it on the water was black as he had inadvertently used some pipe from the central heating system!
My question is will the brews he is making be contaminated with chemicals and kill him/me or will it be ok?

There was a shortage of potatoes in the 70s when farmers went on strike. Prices went through the roof. One night this was a big topic of discussion in the pub and an old coal miner said, "I couldn`t care less how much they charge for potatoes as it won`t bother me". "How`s that Willie", someone asked. "Because I only eat chips", the old guy replied.
