boris johnson not intelligent at all but actually the most expensively educated idiot we have ever produced. i once saw some people on tv talking about him. they had a picture of him at a school where he was attempting to show off his latin skills, he had written some latin on a blackboard. while he did impress the students someone who is fluent in latin pointed out there were multiple mistakes in what he had written. the man is a charlatan.
