The fact that he was driving at 109mph and didn't have a seatbelt on contributed to his death when he hit the central reservation and rolled his car. Thank god these inquiries can clear up these unfathomable mysteries.

Of course mum is blaming the police for chasing him - I mean what boy being chased by the police wouldn't crank it up to 100mph+? Surely a perfectly natural reaction. What sort of idiot would stop?

Without finding the story, the questions to be asked are:-

A....Why were they chasing him?

B.....Was it because he was he was already driving at such a speed?

Same story with an entirely different situation up here a couple of weeks ago. Kid falls off roof of a cattle market and mum reckons the site should be made more secure!

When i was in my teens , my mate had a car borrowed he said but really just nicked from his auntie for the night , hes no licence no one else in the car has.The police pull behind us and he puts foot down , got busted about 6-7 mile up the road as the police car was stalling behind a little , anyway in the interview the guy was angry with us not for the offence but saying yous could have died at that speed , thats why they held back and called back up from another direction.

Ive seen a few lately driving like rally drivers even with no lights on , what age is police driver.

Got passed by a black sports car in Saudi once at over 100mph on road to Dammam, just behind it was a helicopter shifting at speed. Just afterwards I saw a flash and it looked like the helicopter had taken out the car which was a burned out wreck several miles further on.Probably drug related my sources told me but it sorted the problem out, never read about the investigation by the Independent Police Complaints Commmission though.

Here's another example of blaming anyone but yourself:
.
http://www.wiltshiretimes.co.uk/news/13901818.Tourist_calls_for_more_warning_signs_after_car_break_in/?ref=mr&lp=15

The woman leaves her bag with a passport, credit cards and cash on the seat of a car thats parked in a rural area - gets it nicked and then moans that there should be more warning signs! FFS

Hope he wasn't a straight A student or would be all over the BBC.

And if he was a promising young footballer, well a proper inquiry.

And if he was a mussie, well, Police would be prosecuted for hate crime.

And if all three, WOW!

Just a quick flash chaser ! The windows were blacked out, apparently a common doubt as the saudi police usually thought a bad sign said one of their coppers when I was trying to sell my car when I left.
