I saw the headline but havnt read the story but I suspect there is another factor to the statistic also;
Whether black or white if you are caught involved in crime AND you have an attitude towards the police you are more likely to end up getting tazored I would have thought. If you turn up with pre conceived ideas of the police, whether justified or not then you are probably getting tazored   |
