Yes they are very wise to steer clear of pork. Having lived in and worked in the middle east and far east I always knew pork was the worst sort of meat for that climate particularly un refrigerated.
In the UK however.............. ps It has nothing to do with religion but more to do with common sense the used of spices, drying, brine etc etc all contribute to meat preservation in many cultures but nothing to do with bible, god, religion etc as above |

Does the Bible say anything about the antibiotic growth enhancerss fed to the other factory farmed animals or the arsenic in rice? If you are pointing the finger at pigs and shellfish you might as well throw in poultry which will eat virtually anything and spend their life grubbing around in the dirt.

Pigs will not willingly defecate in their own living space, if able they will go off to a corner of the pen or field to do their business. However cows and sheep will drink from the same puddle they are urinating in at the same time.
Alternatively instead of banning pork from the work place why don’t we just deport the offending muslims, after all the pig has been here longer than they have. As anybody asked the humble pig on their views on the subject? |
