Totally agree with case here although when the car overtook him he was well over to the right anyway which implies that the cyclist was given plenty of respect or that the cyclist was taking the p*ss riding mid-road. Personally I find many cyclists take the p*ss riding mid-road or way outside of cycling lane but hey ho, the car driver is always wrong in these scenarios
