A few days ago it was headline, with our reporters responding from across Europe. Now only silence. Have they all gone home or is there something we are not being told.

Its only just begun.

Once the emotionalism and propaganda died down people have realised this is an invasion.

BBC suddenly realised showing it every day was  probably breeding anti immigration feelings so they needed to nip that in the bud.

Press only seem to be able to do blanket coverage or no coverage.  It was only a month or two ago that all journalists were camped in Calais reporting on the immigration crisis.  They then just stopped and disappeared to Greece, followed by Austria/Croatia.  Now they've moved on to something else (Strictly and X-Factor presumably).

Just as quickly as ebola seems to have been eradicated as quickly as it came along.  Similarly a few years ago, influenza was globally eradicated but replaced by swine flu.  Everyone had it.  Now nobody has it. Same for foot & mouth, SARS, bird flu and blue tongue in years gone by.

Every crisis seems to have a lifespan of about two weeks before the press get bored and move on.

The coverage was having the opposite affect to what the BBC wanted. People saw through the propaganda and became more anti EU - that's not good for the pro EU BBC.

They obviously didn't learn their lesson from the way they went after Ukip before the election. The more the Beeb smeared them the more the Ukip vote share went up.

THEY don't control the narrative anymore and THEY don't like it.

They've moved onto bashing Russia for helping the sovereign secular government of Syria defend itself against religious nutcases. If the BBC/C4 got what they want and that government was removed, and then predictably like the other countries in that region the resulting vacuum was just filled by murdering fanatics and it became pretty much a failed state, the lefties at the BBC/C4 would turn on a pin and blame the west for it. It's never the failings of the people who actualy live there to get on with each other or you-know-what.

It is more about grabbing the headlines, sensationalism and manufacturing news.  Look what they did with the poor dead child and how that was used at every opportunity.  It turns out that the father was not the shining light of innocence.
Likewise they are now after putin who has killed all these children.
What was the total for the illegal war in Iraq? 200.ooo,  I think maybe nearer 500,000 and counting.
You really have to laugh at the press.  What happened to investigative journalism and proper critiques??
They re-write history as it happens if you get what I mean.
