I've been, but forget where we stayed, its a great city, you'll really enjoy it - we booked a few cheap apartments which were pretty basic, but the city itself was amazing - fairly cheap too

it's falling to pieces but still it has it's charms - the Underground trains must be like 100 years old

theres a statue park too, where all the old communist statues are stored, theres a bus runs there.
