Scientists say the temperature of the world is rising.
this time they are not just saying it might ,they are saying it will.and by 5 degrees within the next 5 years.
note the word within.
nobody will be able to live in Africa within 5 years because of the extreme heat.
ONE BILLION PEOPLE will move out of Africa to Europe within the next 5 years. No ifs or buts THEY WILL.
And we all thought we had a little problem with 20 or 30 million migrants on the march.my friends the best has yet to  come.

I think the german government are clever and have already started to prepare for this African invasion,so if they increase their population now they will have a bigger army to defend themselves when the African invasion occurs.
theres no smoke without fire.(Germany want a few million migrants to come to their country)

Is that "the world without the UK"?

It seems that whatever is on offer we always get the short straw!

Scientists say blah blah, bought and paid for scientists  using skewed data to help further the UN agenda of one world government.

The UN really pushing out the propaganda and tricking everyone so that they can say 'This is the warmest year on record - don't even question it, these are the facts and hear are the policies that we need to  put in place to magically make global warming disappear'.

Problem - reaction - solution.

It's the same as the manufactured refugee crisis, this week Merkel orders Cameron to support plans for EU ARMY in exchange for EU negotiation talks.
Germany would support his bid to renegotiate the terms of Britain’s EU membership if he accepts moves to create a European military force.

Didn't want to rubbish your statement, as I guess these are not your words, but belief in something you have read!

A source would always be good as this is clearly nonsense!

Doesn't take much research to come up with other speculation, that may still be wrong, and unfortunately none of us will be around to see it.

e.g.   "There is a one-in-ten chance of the world being 6C warmer than it is today by 2100 which would lead to cataclysmic changes in the global climate with unimaginable consequences for human civilisation, leading climate researchers have warned in an “Earth Statement”.

You're right Brassneck things are going to hotten-up over the next few weeks, even Pope Francis is getting involved, he'd like to see a new global political authority to coerce the “rich” nations of the West to force citizens to adopt radical lifestyle and energy consumption changes in response to unverified and widely debunked climate change alarmism.
Now I know that there are some people who think that Pope Francis is just  a Nazi-Pedophile who's all for the 'New World Order'   but they're just wrong, and I'm sure that when he gets together with Obama next week it'll be just to talk about the weather and not the  Bilderberg agenda.

Many people like to keep up on what is happening in the world, but we have to be realistic in accepting what we hear.

You say there is no source yet you made a statement of absolute fact!

There is just a slight difference between stating that 5% increase in world temperatures will definitely occur in 5 years, and the more rational
considerations, that there is a one in ten chance that temperatures will rise by 6% by 2100!

Scientists Ask Obama To Prosecute Global Warming Skeptics
Daily Caller - Michael Bastasch  - September 18, 2015

The science on global warming is settled, so settled that 20 climate scientists are asking President Barack Obama to prosecute people who disagree with them on the science behind man-made global warming.

Scientists from several universities and research centers even asked Obama to use the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) to prosecute groups that “have knowingly deceived the American people about the risks of climate change, as a means to forestall America’s response to climate change.”

RICO was a law designed to take down organized crime syndicates, but scientists now want it to be used against scientists, activists and organizations that voice their disagreement with the so-called “consensus” on global warming. The scientists repeated claims made by environmentalists that groups, especially those with ties to fossil fuels, have engaged in a misinformation campaign to confuse the public on global warming.

MORE BAD NEWS FOR CLIMATE ALARMISTS: ANOTHER STUDY CONFIRMS AFRICA’S DESERTS ARE GETTING GREENER

Climate change has saved hundreds of thousands of Africans from extreme poverty, starvation and premature death, a study from Arizona State University has confirmed.

The study shows that the West African Sahel – part of the semiarid strip just south of the Sahara desert, which spans the African continent from the Atlantic Ocean to the Red Sea – has been steadily “regreening” since the severe droughts of the 1970s and 1980s which killed more than 100,000 people.

Among the reasons for the “regreening” are increased rainfall, the beneficial effects of increased atmospheric CO2 on plant growth and the ingenuity of farmers (“community-led conservation efforts) in this harsh, marginal region.

Skeptics have long been aware of these beneficial side effects of “global warming” – see, for example, this report from 2011 by the Global Warming Policy Foundation called The Sahel Is Greening.

But alarmists have fiercely resisted this good news because it so flies in the face of their doomsday narrative that “climate change” is making everything worse, in third world regions like sub-Saharan Africa especially, and that human beings are quite incapable of adapting to cope with it.

That stuck-vampire screeching you can hear in the background comes from the Soros-funded climate alarmist attack-dog website DeSmog. After The Sahel Is Greening report, it hurried out a furious, pseudo-erudite rebuttal drawing on all its favourite parti-pris sources.

It quoted a briefing paper by one of its greenie chums suggesting that ‘any greening of the Sahel and Sahara in the near future will eventually be reversed.‘

This led to its deliciously petulant conclusion: “The greening is unreliable. It is thus hardly an encouraging example of a ‘positive impact’ from global warming.”

In other words: ignore the good things that have definitely happened, and concentrate on the bad things that might theoretically happen if the scary computer models turn out to be accurate.

Aren’t they so cute, those greenie alarmists?

“Global Warming” Expedition Foiled by Record Ice

Arctic ice the worst it's been in 20 years, according to Coast Guard.

A scientific expedition to study “global warming” was delayed by record ice in the Arctic.

The icebreaker ship used for the 115-day expedition had to be rerouted  to break ice for commercial ships in the Hudson Bay because the ice conditions are the worst they’ve been in 20 years, according to the Canadian Coast Guard.

“Obviously it has a large impact on us,” said Martin Fortier, the executive director of the “global warming” research institute ArcticNet, which was spearheading the expedition.

The ice is so thick that ships are having to skirt around it.

“The same ice has also been blamed for bringing two polar bears into the community last week — a highly unusual event,” CBC News reported.

The volume of Arctic sea ice has increased by 33% since 2013, although scientists who are funded to promote the government-driven “global warming” agenda are claiming the record ice is a freak occurrence.

Their claim, however, runs contrary to satellite data showing there’s been no global warming for over 18 years.

“For 222 months, since December 1996, there has been no global warming at all,” weather researcher Lord Christopher Monckton reported. “[June’s] Remote Sensing System temperature – still unaffected by a slowly strengthening el Niño, which will eventually cause temporary warming – passes another six-month milestone, and establishes a new record length for the pause: 18 years 6 months.”

“What is more, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s centrally-predicted warming rate since its First Assessment Report in 1990 is now more than two and a half times the measured rate.”

“On any view, the predictions on which the entire climate scare was based were extreme exaggerations,” he added.

Another scientific ship carrying “global warming” researchers was similarly stopped by record ice in the Antarctic back in 2013 and the researchers were ultimately evacuated from the ship after several botched rescue attempts.

Twenty alarmist climate scientists – including UN IPCC lead author Kevin ‘Travesty’ Trenberth – have written a letter to President Obama urging him to use RICO laws to crush dissent by climate skeptics. Their hypocrisy and dishonesty, especially that of the main signatory, almost defies belief.

The letter goes like this:

September 1, 2015

Dear President Obama, Attorney General Lynch, and OSTP Director Holdren,
As you know, an overwhelming majority of climate scientists are convinced about the potentially serious adverse effects of human-induced climate change on human health, agriculture, and biodiversity. We applaud your efforts to regulate emissions and the other steps you are taking. Nonetheless, as climate scientists we are exceedingly concerned that America’s response to climate change – indeed, the world’s response to climate change – is insufficient. The risks posed by climate change, including increasing extreme weather events, rising sea levels, and increasing ocean acidity – and potential strategies for addressing them – are detailed in the Third National Climate Assessment (2014), Climate Change Impacts in the United States. The stability of the Earth’s climate over the past ten thousand years contributed to the growth of agriculture and therefore, a thriving human civilization. We are now at high risk of seriously destabilizing the Earth’s climate and irreparably harming people around the world, especially the world’s poorest people.
We appreciate that you are making aggressive and imaginative use of the limited tools available to you in the face of a recalcitrant Congress. One additional tool – recently proposed by Senator Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI)4%
– is a RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) investigation of corporations and other organizations that have knowingly deceived the American people about the risks of climate change, as a means to forestall America’s response to climate change. The actions of these organizations have been extensively documented in peerreviewed academic research (Brulle, 2013) and in recent books including: Doubt is their Product (Michaels, 2008), Climate Cover-Up (Hoggan & Littlemore, 2009), Merchants of Doubt (Oreskes & Conway, 2010), The Climate War (Pooley, 2010), and in The Climate Deception Dossiers (Union of Concerned Scientists, 2015). We strongly endorse Senator Whitehouse’s call for a RICO investigation.
The methods of these organizations are quite similar to those used earlier by the tobacco industry. A RICO investigation (1999 to 2006) played an important role in stopping the tobacco industry from continuing to deceive the American people about the dangers of smoking. If corporations in the fossil fuel industry and their supporters are guilty of the misdeeds that have been documented in books and journal articles, it is imperative that these misdeeds be stopped as soon as possible so that America and the world can get on with the critically important business of finding effective ways to restabilize the Earth’s climate, before even more lasting damage is done.

There follow twenty signatures of which the only one of note is that of Kevin ‘Travesty’ Trenberth, a moustacheoed alarmist and IPCC lead author who works at the Climate Analysis Section at the US National Center for Atmospheric Research. Trenberth is best known for two things.

The first was his frustrated 2009 email, exposed during Climategate:

The fact is that we can’t account for the lack of warming at the moment and it is a travesty that we can’t.

(Hence his nickname Kevin ‘Travesty’ Trenberth. The real travesty of that email, of course, is that what he’s shown clearly doing there is not science but politics. A scientist would see the “missing heat” issue not as a “travesty” but as an opportunity to reassess the now-falsified models in the light of new evidence.)

And the second is the infamous occasion on which he caused one of his IPCC authors to resign in protest at the way he (Trenberth) had misrepresented his research on hurricanes.

The author’s name was Chris Landsea, Science Officer at the National Hurricane Center. As one of the US’s leading hurricane experts, he had been invited to contribute to the IPCC’s Fourth Assessment Report.

Landsea made it quite clear in his contribution that the spate of recent hurricane activity – this was in 2005 – had nothing to do with global warming. However, he was appalled to discover that when Trenberth (who is not an expert on hurricanes) gave a conference at Harvard to announce his findings he claimed the opposite.

Landsea resigned in disgust and wrote this public letter:

For the upcoming AR4, I was asked several weeks ago by the Observations chapter Lead Author – Dr. Kevin Trenberth – to provide the writeup for Atlantic hurricanes. As I had in the past, I agreed to assist the IPCC in what I thought was to be an important, and politically-neutral determination of what is happening with our climate.

Shortly after Dr. Trenberth requested that I draft the Atlantic hurricane section for the AR4’s Observations chapter, Dr. Trenberth participated in a press conference organized by scientists at Harvard on the topic “Experts to warn global warming likely to continue spurring more outbreaks of intense hurricane activity” along with other media interviews on the topic. The result of this media interaction was widespread coverage that directly connected the very busy 2004 Atlantic hurricane season as being caused by anthropogenic greenhouse gas warming occurring today. Listening to and reading transcripts of this press conference and media interviews, it is apparent that Dr. Trenberth was being accurately quoted and summarized in such statements and was not being misrepresented in the media. These media sessions have potential to result in a widespread perception that global warming has made recent hurricane activity much more severe.

I found it a bit perplexing that the participants in the Harvard press conference had come to the conclusion that global warming was impacting hurricane activity today. To my knowledge, none of the participants in that press conference had performed any research on hurricane variability, nor were they reporting on any new work in the field. All previous and current research in the area of hurricane variability has shown no reliable, long-term trend up in the frequency or intensity of tropical cyclones, either in the Atlantic or any other basin. The IPCC assessments in 1995 and 2001 also concluded that there was no global warming signal found in the hurricane record.

Moreover, the evidence is quite strong and supported by the most recent credible studies that any impact in the future from global warming upon hurricane will likely be quite small.

Trenberth, in other words, deliberately misrepresented the science in order to advance his political agenda. We know what that political agenda was – and is – because he revealed it in that “travesty” email. Having made up his mind about the existence of what we now call Catastrophic Anthropogenic Global Warming – even to the point of expressing irritation when the observed data refused to conform with the theoretical models he so worshipped – he chose cynically and dishonestly to ramp up public hysteria by lying at a press conference about a connection between global warming and hurricanes which he knew was not true.

Let us savour, for a moment, the sheer gall of this puffed up, vindictive, self-righteous, grandstanding, mendacious bully whose influential position in the US scientific establishment is generously funded by the American taxpayer.

Trenberth is a liar, a proven liar, who has now written a letter to the president full of still more lies urging the use of racketeering laws to harrass and pursue scientists for the crime of being more rigorous and questioning about science than Kevin Trenberth.

There’s a word for this kind of preposterous inversion of the natural order. I think it begins with a “T”.

Utter madness.
