This useless company charged me for next day delivery
Then took days to deliver , after i waited in all day on the set day.
Then posted a card for me to pick up at Huyton  Depot when I am in the middle of Cheshire !!
Then when i picked up my item last week had lost a main spring clamp that holds everything together ,
So item is useless without it -- and Huyton have failed to answer their phone for the last 5 days at times from
Morning to night throughout the day -- you get music, then someone clicks the call off--
Going through their area call centre at Deeside , they can only put you on the same hold music at Huyton depot
Until Huyton staff click you off !!
I am trying to find out if they have the clamp loose on their depot floor or handed in --
Do NOT use this terrible service . Parcelforce.
Looks like i will have to drive all the way over passing by much nearer Parcelforce depots !!

A former employee informed me that any parcel with 'fragile' tape or markings on the packaging usually initiated a footy game or a basketball type shot. Pathetic.

Sounds like the sender did not wrap the parcel right. I've used the post office for ten years - posted out over 3000 parcels without a hitch. I tend to bomb proof my parcels with lots of parcel tape though. Take a knife to get through them. If you want a parcel to reach someone next day you have to get your parcel to the PO in the morning.
