Reminds me of when I was playing 5 aside recently, the oppo players were basically having a meltdown from start to finish despite being a very good team. They had this short fat guy up front, not an unskillful player by any means but dirty. He did a particularly dirty tackle on one of our players and I called him a "spasticated coont". He said "shut up". made me laugh that verbally that was the best he could come up with. We won the game and will soon win the league. His team eventually got thrown out the league. |

BBC are saying he needed oxygen on the pitch.....surely it will be Nitrous Oxide to kill the pain
They don't want to say that as it would "encourage the laughing gas users" |

At the age of 25 I was involved in a serious road accident, though I had sustained some serious injuries I was fine till I reached hospital, its was probably coming out of shock & possibly the pain hitting in that I remember crying uncontrollably for around ten minutes, anyway that's the first time I have been accused of being gay but as its Rob I'm sure I will get over this latest trauma.

I got hit on the head flush by a bouncer in a dodgy net when I was about 13 years old. My face and shirt was drenched in blood had a dozen stitches on my left eyebrow, still have the scar now, looks really cool Actually. I didn't cry because I was over 12 years old.
Where do you get your cat food from Kenny? Is it vegetarian? |

As roger suggests, Brian Close would have looked upon such behaviour wih disdain. He must have been concerned about missing out on his win bonuses ?

She was in court yesterday Facts. I still haven't heard yet whether or not she got banged up or not, I didn't hear anything yesterday. Was told good chance of a custodial which means she loses her kids too which would be the best thing for the kids imo.

Fair play to you but you really shouldn't have been hanging around pubs or clubs at tha age. |

Imo, crying is an emotional reaction to a tragedy or crisis rather than a response to pain.
Luke Shaw is 19 and probably has a glittering career ahead of him. Grant beat me to it when he said that he was probably devastated by the realisation that his career could be over. |

Has Rob always been an idiot? This is the first time I remember reading one of his posts and thinking so.
It also looks like some posts have been removed. |

I've never had a problem with anything you've posted before (That I can remember). I think it's pretty bad taste though mocking a young lad for crying after he's broke/fractured his leg.
Having said that though, I suppose it's pretty tame compared to some things said on here. |
