Has the honeymoon period started to wear off already.  You cant take in such a number of people especially from a different culture in such a short space of time without risking social unrest.

It ends in civil war or just a straight forward handover of Europe to Islam.

It's incredibly isn't it.
It's going to end badly, that's pretty much nailed on, even in the short term.
Also even mid term, the average syrian family is said to be 6.2 people, that's an exponential growth rate every generation.
Germany had better take massive steps to ensure 100% integration...

If you google how well immigrants are integrating in Germany the first thing you hit is an article in the Spiegel from before this kicked off:
"Survey Shows Alarming Lack of Integration in Germany" .
"According to one recent survey, two-thirds of immigrant children still can't read adequately at the end of their fourth year in school." "Today a third of all children born in Germany are born to immigrant families." and that was 2009.
And so on... Not exactly confidence boosting.

mmmmmmmm, I imagine those world-class blue-chip German businesses are salivating at the thought of the new 'workforce' being dumped on them.

If, as the article says, people from westernised Turkey aren't integrating well, a country actually trying to join the EU, how they f you sea kay do they hope to do it when they are dealing with vast numbers at once from cultures far different?

They might manage a miracle, but a more likely prediction is divergent societies developing .
