Five families of Syrian refugees granted asylum in Uruguay last year protested outside the president’s offices on Monday, demanding they be allowed to leave the South American country in search of better jobs, even back in the Middle East.

Uruguay accepted the 42 Syrians fleeing civil war in October 2014, but the families said they felt the leftist government had failed to deliver on a promise of good incomes.

Maybe if Corbyn's Labour come into power we wont have so many refugees coming here? :-)

Well just think what the 800,000 going to Germany this year will do when they realise that that great job ends up being a dishwasher in a kebab shop, the big house is a room in a hostel and the brand new BMW is a rusty bike.

Germany will be nothing more than a convenience stop for many of them, just until they get that EU Passport. Then it will be off to the UK for the real prize.
