8.30 Concert followed by a documentary.

Looking forward to this, one of the best British bands of all time, if not the best.

Weller sick of doing 90% of the work and getting paid 1/3...

Never recaptured the magic again. Brief flashes but once he start wrapping sweaters around his neck, calling himself "The Cappucino Kid" and having photos taken in uncompromising positions with the extremely uninteresting looking Mick Talbot I lost interest.

bet Paul Weller does not tell you about his family buying all their (jam) records so they would go to number one in the charts.

Did Weller not see the big picture? 1/3 profits of the biggest band in the world...could have been bigger and better than U2, is better than 100% of a sh-t band & 1 or 2 good solo albums....

Saying all this, The Smiths at the Rockpalast would give this a good go!

I was lucky enough to see them twice at Civic Hall Wolverhampton. Brilliant.

I remember they brought a new LP out (sound affects, I think) a couple of days before one of the concerts. I got it and played it non stop so that I would know the new songs before seeing them perform them live. I'm sure that I was one of only a few in the crowd that knew the words to the new songs... That's Entertainment was one of them.

Gotta be 35 years ago..... feck me, it don't half make yer feel old....
