How about - we get these 10,000/100,000s of fit men, train them, give them weapons and point them at IS and say "off you go"?
These people are leaving their older relatives and women behind to be slaughtered or enslaved.
It's really annoying me that nobody at all is talking about solving the actual problem causing all this.

In WW2 the men who fled Poland/France formed the Free Armies and couldn't wait to get back and free their own countries, the Free Polish air force could hardly be held back from trying to get their own back.
They didn't just turn their backs and say I'm alright jack, where's my free house, can I have a good job now? The contrast is amazing. |

We encouraged these people to rise up against Assad and now the mess has been created we are encouraging people to fight for Assad. What a messed up World we live in. Lesser of 2 evils but we can't sit back and do nothing.
