Cheese - of any sort - is the smegma of Satan. Embrace the light.
it's pointless. Cheese is basically fat, and therein lies the flavour. The stronger the cheese the less you need to use as well, so buying mild cheese is a false economy too.

Anyone who likes low fat cheese is not very mature in their taste.
Cottage Cheese is great. Like eating hundreds of mini mozzarella.
cant see the point of low fat anything .
