HIP HOP in the UK

I went up to York last week for the GGs and decided to take a trip to Leeds for a spot of shopping on the Monday.
I saw a street rapper in Leeds named Dialect and he was very good. He also sung a bit of soul, but I had to leave for my train back to York.
It seems to me that LEEDS might just be our rap capital.
