Worth a watch.

Documentary telling the stories of three people whose lives were turned upside-down by their beliefs and who ended up convinced that they were trapped in cults. With first-hand testimony from the women - one an ex-Scientologist, the other two former Jehovah's Witnesses - and input from experts, the programme looks at what it is like to devote oneself to these powerful religious movements and examines the pressure they felt to conform to the groups' rules, and how difficult they found it when they eventually decided to leave

They are a cult....they don't like that.....

The woman was trying to protect her children.

Jehovahs Witnesses seem just as bad.

Evil bunch or scum they may be, but why does she not take any responsibility for her actions?

Her saying she was forced to have an abortion seemed quite convenient.

oohh that's scary.  Just put up a thread about pulled pork being everywhere - like a modern religion (jehova's Witnesses) - and then I read this thread.  Talk about serendipity (I know it's not but I wanted to use that word, serendipity).

I'm becoming a little bit scared.
