On one hand a cool idea, on the other, wrong country, might work in warmer climates but it'd be unused most of the year round unless heated which it probably will be if you can afford one the properties, wasting tons of energy. Never understood people's urge to swim in communal pools anyway unless they enjoy swallowing other people's urine.
