There's this stuff... called microdot security paint. Yeah. Like. It's been around for ages and costs quite cheap. I'm speaking like an idiot yeah. Becoz The car manufacturers should be using it on all their vehicles.
The crooks steal the cars - export them in containers overseas. All they do is change the VIN number and a couple of other numbers -
The customs just need a scanner to pick up one microdot and they've recovered the stolen cars. You can coat the back of mirrors, steering column. all the tricky places you cannot reach.
It's about identifying the ownership - dah.
Each dispenser contains over a thousand tiny microdots, each one printed with a unique PIN (Personal Identification Number) registered to the owner.
