He was pretty repetitive, going on about Newham, luvvies, guardian readers, blacks, ethnics, bbc and repeat.

I was a fan of TGM 10 or more years ago. But he's changed a lot since those days. hope he's keeping well.. and you pumpy.

I support West Ham & that's done me no favours either.
My knees are a bit annoying at the moment. Especially when lying down, which is a bit odd when you think about it as the load bearing is off. Obviously I know what it's about but refuse to accept it. So **** off in advance.
