I probably won''t come back to the forum.
It just gave me something to do before racing started every day, and it's nowhere near as good as it was when I joined, too many good posters have gone.
You have w ankers like rob_dylan, wesdag, scandinavian haven, thommos bucket and others on chit chat,
Mexico, cryoftruth, anxious and other twats on the politics forum.
100% keyboard warriors, the lot, and not worth the effort of another account, because I won't hide from the c u nts.
22 lives was a fair enough run.
One ban for a joke about poofs in 2004.
2 bans for what they perceived as 'racism', one in 2005 fpr Te Glimmer Man one for Big Charlie 2009.
3 bans for unfunded accounts that I wasn't going to put money in, and all the the rest were when I was grassed as 'posting while banned'.
It will end up like mumsnet by the end of the year.

Kenny, you could of course re-publish the material, substituting the forumite's name with an appropriate soubriquet. No doubt SAGC could think of something highly appropriate, but in the unlikely event of inspiration running dry I'm sure that all discerning forum contributors could PM some valid alternatives.
The nation would surely be much the poorer for SAGC's acutely accurate memoir not having the greatest possible visibility.
It's sad (in a way) that The Jester from Chester isn't still around too, as we would surely all enjoy a third such SAGC memoir.

I can honestly say that the only time I have ever rung up the betfair forum people was to ask them to remove a post by myself on the quiz thread when I inadvertently gave away all of my contact details. Wouldn't be surprised if TGM still has them on file actually.

You can guarantee one thing, he was banned after being reported by someone, liberal and a leftie of course...although in fairness in this particular issue it was warranted. He deserved to go! (nothing more need be said, just something that was wrong, offensive not racist in nature)

I wouldn't say that. Your post on the 60s thread was excellent. You can phrase things better than I can. Mind you I'm drunk all the time and don't want a 4th red, so I try and be a good boy.
