Where did the dog get fleas ?   that is the question ,Usually come  from  cats ....no such thing as a dog flea ,human fleas are very rare ,rabbit fleas live only on bunnies ...rodents ,hedghogs ,foxes ect carry them but for them to get established in yor hoose you must be shy of using the hoover and keep a right clarty pitch Laugh

Use a shampoo on the K9,s and comb the pests out ,usually just have a few and once they are gone that is that ,if your house is infested you have a problem ,wash bedding and spray around their bedding area with a permethrin based product ,not the best stuff to spray in  house so would only use as a last resort .

A Flit Gun.

What a superb product that was!

It was like a bicycle pump with a can on the end, which you would screw off then fill the can with "flit". A few pumps to get the pressure up and you could hit a fly across the room or in the next one.

None of this spraying around the room, shutting the door for 45 minutes then coming back to find them drunk and spinning on the floor.

No, flit did it as it said on the tin. Hit 'em mid air and they died in mid air. Even the dog was frightened of it.

Last used one in the late 50s, not seen any for sale since then tbh.
