If we want true democracy why do we not on every issue, we the internet we can do it so are actually not democratic, in the full sense of the word Also the democracy we have now is not doing us much good anyway, because in order to get into power parties have to attract most voters, so they target certain sections of voters with a bribe, this is not doing us a lot of good, it harms the country as a whole. We should make it illegal for Chinese to buy any assets in UK unless they can prove the money was earned legally.......same for the Russians and any other foreigners.

imagination not number crunching - star trek spawned the mobile phone, an executive at Motorola saw an episode and said we can do that... built the first hand held mobile phone. Scotland the wettest nation, scotties had to stay in and invent new stuff cos they were so freakin bored.
