Coincidence or a massive FIX....you decide..

Coincidence (and bad typography on the balls). If you were going to rig the lottery, why would you tell the caption putter-upper about the plot?

Saw this yesterday and surprised people arrested.

The 27 does look a bit like 21. Why would the guy on the TV caption need to be in on a scam?
& I believe nobody won the jackpot (not sure about that)

Thing is they never took the 21 off the screen...why didn't they correct it when it was supposed to be a live draw? All they had to do was get the caption guy to correct it but they didn't...and that woman running the draw knew something was up, you could tell by her face.

Well yes -- she probably had an earpiece with the producers in meltdown about the caption being wrong (or at least not matching the number she'd called) while she was trying to keep talking.

The women like everyone staring into TV studio cameras can see themselves and the on screen captions.
