I don't know about Gruss, but if you open the vba editor and select ThisWorksheet the you can insert code that updates your sheet every time something happens. On the left drop down select Workbook, then either SheetChange or SheetCalculate. You can then insert a simple if statement with runs every time something on the sheet changes or recalculates.
