Dave Smith, the big man from my daughter's Paralympic winning boat, is the subject of a documentary called 'Dead Man Riding' on BBC 2 Scotland, Tuesday 4th August. 9.00 p.m.
The reason for the film's title will become abundantly clear if you watch.
It's a pretty generic statement to come out with, to say how moving and inspirational particularly Paralympic athletes efforts are, but Dave's story is in a league of its own.
Well worth checking out.
