Every single cell in your body needs sugar for energy, of which their are trillions.

Most of that protein is being converted into sugar by your liver. Your kidneys are then put under strain excreting the excess urea.
Butter is awful stuff, emulsified animal fat. Wouldn't eat too much of that. Brazil nuts are toxic in excess. Apart from that you are losing weight too quickly some of which will be muscle mass. One or two pounds a week is about right. |

What's your cholesterol now like?
Agree, there is absolutely no need for processed sugar in our diets. |

The body produces ketone bodies like betahydroxybutryic acid, there's no requirement for carbs. Nothing wrong with butter as long as it is grass fed. It's those seed oils that people fry their way to oblivion with that you have to avoid.

no cravings for sugar or other junk - just natural food.
Solid weight loss - you do have to limit the protein though because of urine acid build up. You don't want kidney stones. Fish is perfect protein as it has very little fat. Must eat masses of bitter salad leaves (provides Potassium) it flushes out the protein. two solid months of weight loss. Had no bread. no pasta or rice. Cheated with a bag of chips on a friday but not so bad as its veg. |

A little of what you fancy does you good. All these diets fail because people deny themselves things. Eat and drink what ever you like, its the portion size that counts.
