Parents of Alice Gross outraged as 'coroner loses murder investigation file on train after discarding it in a pile of magazines'

Police have privately described the security lapse as 'critical'
Officers warned Chinyere Inyama not to remove sensitive file from office

30-page document went missing in November and was never recovered

Alice's parents say they are 'concerned, bewildered and angry' by blunder

Last night the Ministry of Justice said: ‘This clearly appears to be a troubling incident. A full investigation is now under way.’

Why only now? the documents went missing last November.

Why is this incompetent still in a job? Beggars belief.

Yet another everyday UK Public Sector scandal then which will not be properly investigated, and lessons most certainly won't be learned.

You virtually have to go to jail these days to lose a high profile UK Public Sector job, which is maybe why this Judge below thankfully won't be warming the benches anytime soon. Sadly already out of jail due to a combination of a wholly inadequate sentence and ridiculously early release. A truly tawdry affair.

Take your pick.
