I find this confusing.

Why was the case heard in Stratford?

4 Chelsea supporters have been banned from attending games for up to 5 years.

The 4 men appeared here for 'racism' on a train in Paris

One is from Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland.

One was from Sidcup, which the BBC say is south east London, but it's not, it's in Kent.

The third and fourth are from Dorking, Surrey

Just wait until they all get sentenced for racism, and the photos emerge of Sir Nigel of the Farage and young Parsons, (an ex-Millfields pupil) are seen together.

I'm just glad that when I was the victim of racist abuse in New York a few years back, it didn''t turn me into a "traumatised" person "on medication", who was "unable to return to work".

No-one even sent for a camera crew or luvvie journalists when I was a victim of racist hate.

How did I manage to survive the matter, let alone not even bother to report the matter to the NYPD or the Met's 'Hate Crime' Division ?

Possible that because of the very low crime rate in Newham they were just giving the court business to help them out.

They should have been held in Salem.

No crime was committed but the craven behaviour of Chelsea should be noted.
These were their fans yet they were sacrificed on the altar of multiculturism

Stratford court threatened with closure Shocked

The County Court not the Magistrates Court.

A Stratford court has been threatened with closure under plans announced by the government today.

Bow County Court
is not in Bow, which comes under Tower Hamlets.

It's in Stratford, in Romford Road, and is one of ten London courts which has been earmarked for closure under plans to shut down “underused and poor quality” court buildings across the country.

Altogether, 91 courts and tribunals in England and Wales, are being recommended for closure in a consultation published by Courts Minister, Shailesh Vara.

According to a statement released by the HM Courts & Tribunal Service, the buildings being consulted on represent 16 per cent of hearing rooms across the England and Wales, and are, on average, used for only a third of their available time.

Courts and Tribunals Minister, Shailesh Vara, said: “We are reforming the courts and tribunal service so that it meets the needs of modern day users.

“Access to justice is not just about attending court. As we bring in digital technology for better and more efficient access to justice, fewer people will need to physically be in a court.

“This means that we will need fewer buildings, and with many already underused and in poor quality, now is a good time to review the estate.”

Natalie Ceeney, Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service Chief Executive, added: “Our estate is a significant asset. We currently have a number of surplus buildings and this consultation puts forward proposals on their future.

“As we modernise our service so that fewer people will need to attend a court in person, spending money on unsuitable or rarely used buildings is not good value for money for taxpayers.

“I encourage anyone with an interest to respond to the proposals.”

The consultation will last for 12 weeks and will close on 8 October 2015

I remember a case in here many years ago. Laugh

Court official: Mr (whatever) Do you know what a guarantor is?

Mr (whatever): 'No'

Court official: It means that when you signed as guarantor for your brother, if he does not pay, you have to pay. Do you understand?

Mr (whatever): 'Yes'

Court official: Where is the car now?

Mr (whatever): My brother has it.

Court official: Where is your brother?

Mr(whatever): At home.

Court official: Why is he not paying for the car?

Mr(whatever): He sayS he has no money.

Court official: Do you believe him?

Mr(whatever): I'm not sure. I have not seen him for about a year.

Court official: You said he was at home.

Mr(whatever): At his home, not my home.

Court official: You live at (a Forest Gate address, whatever it was)

Mr(whatever): Yes.

Court official: Could you give the court your brothers home address.

Mr(whatever): No.

Court official: Why not?

Mr(whatever): I don't know it. He lives in Lagos.
