As posted elsewhere it can be withdrawn immediately. Subject to the normal ID requirements of course.
They barred me years ago, Mr. X I was known as. I couldn't get a farthing on in the end and I wasn't an arber either. A completely toothless, rancid outfit who treat their staff very badly and that's me being polite.
