Mines a Nilfisk C120, paid about £80 for it (new) 2 yrs ago, it's much better than the Karcher I had before.
It has one of those patio scrubber attachments, but I've never used it.

Mine is a Karcher K5.80 and it really kicks @ss.

I bought it on impulse, when looking for something else, as it was genuinely discounted.

Didn't use it for about four months, and next a year later.

When I came to use it again the lance was on the floor, as it had broken off the bit behind the connecting clip.

I called them, and the customer service is the best ever. They sent me a new lance from a more expensive machine and I guess it was a recognised problem.

Whatever you buy, be very careful that you fully prime the machine, to release any air in the system, before switching it on.

My missus got her brother to come round one day and jet wash our patio, it came up looking nice and clean. The idiots then decided to jet wash all the stain of the decking too!!

I recently got a Karcher K4 Compact Eco. It was down from £220 to £150, which might be a bit pricey if you're only going to use it for celaning the patio, but I have to say that it is the dog's you-know-what's.

Takes about 15-20 mins to put it together from the ropey diagrams in the instructions, but once you're up and running it does a fantastic job.

I've used it to wash the patio, which is now as good as new.

I've also used it for giving the car a quick hose-down (Haven't got the fancy add-on to give it a polish etc) and I have also done the windows on the house.

It's dead easy to use and does a great job.

Quick tip that really works if you've moss or your patio is stained.

Buy cheap washing powder, the cheaper the better - 70p in Tescos. Pour some water over you patio and then sprinkle the powder all over it. Leave it a day and then rinse off. Thank me tomorrow.

This is a brilliant tip, done it twice, once on a roof and once on a patio. Will save spending hours with a hose (which I've also done)

Yeah....excellent tip, but it needs to be "Biological to really get to the dark spots of ingrained algae that the pressure washer can't deal with.

.....also, to really nuke it, you need to go over it with a stiff brush, and re-wet it as you go.

Bloke over the road got me a Karcher with all the gizmos about 3 years ago. It fell off the back of a lorry, but survived.

The front of our house faces north, and I didn't realise how dirty the concrete was until I was washing the cars and power blasted it as I put the lance down.

It looked so odd with a clean patch, that I had to do the whole lot.
