I e-mailed a question to AskBetfair@betfair.com.
I found out after 24 hours that it was the wrong address, they told me the Q&A session had finished.
It appeared to be too difficult to forward my question on to the relevant department, and they asked for feedback...bless them.
So I sent the same email to info@betfair.com which I recalled using before.
There was an IMMEDIATE response in my inbox.
The e-mail said that THEIR inbox was FULL.
I was forced to visit the new site, a hideous place imo, and find new contact details.
It was most informative, telling me that e-mail questions are dealt with, on average, in 4 hours.
That was at 3-25 p.m.
It's now 11-20 p.m.
There has been no answer yet.

I'm still waiting for my phonecall from 3 months ago, don't hold your breath.
I haven't got the patience for live chat, and non-cockneys can't understand me on the phone.

Their quick to telephone you if you haven't gambled in over a month. When I was playing elsewhere I'd regularly get calls from them giving me free £10's and tickets to come back. In fairness it worked as I play the poker site regularly.

I had a grand stolen from my account took me 2 weeks to get a response . good lucj you will need it. Then a Director promised to call me back......and forgot!
Vicky's got 2 portraits in an exhibition next week ........... she's worried about the reviews from the critics.
Tell her to mention my name, and I don't like to be upset.
