I e-mailed a question to AskBetfair@betfair.com.
I found out after 24 hours that it was the wrong address, they told me the Q&A session had finished.
It appeared to be too difficult to forward my question on to the relevant department, and they asked for feedback...bless them.
So I sent the same email to info@betfair.com which I recalled using before.
There was an IMMEDIATE response in my inbox.
The e-mail said that THEIR inbox was FULL.
I was forced to visit the new site, a hideous place imo, and find new contact details.
It was most informative, telling me that e-mail questions are dealt with, on average, in 4 hours.
That was at 3-25 p.m.
It's now 11-20 p.m.
There has been no answer yet.

I haven't got the patience for live chat, and non-cockneys can't understand me on the phone.
Ask curious cat's niece. They did phone me once, straight after a Q&A session had ended, when I raised a question on the horse racing service, but that was about 5 years ago. I've probably asked a question that the youths can't understand, or they don't like contradiction of their Sportsbook. One of my previous emails years ago started 'Sorry if I woke anybody up...' But even that was answered in 12 hours. |

Their quick to telephone you if you haven't gambled in over a month. When I was playing elsewhere I'd regularly get calls from them giving me free £10's and tickets to come back. In fairness it worked as I play the poker site regularly.
