Farooq Siddique, 46, formerly of the Bristol Muslim Society, is also accused of making a threat to kill.
The religion of peace member, of Moorhill Street, Easton, remains on bail, and is due before the court on July 28th.
Avon and Somerset Police say he is also charged with two counts of assault causing actual bodily harm, as reported in the Bristol Post.

Are people in Luvviemedialand pretending to be shocked by this emerging news story?
The most shocking thing about this is that the chap has been charged.The religion of peace followers in this country are above the law normally.

^^^^^^^^^^^^ Which is probably why we need advisors. I have no idea if that might be true...although I doubt it.
I'm also curious to know why any married men taking part in the adulterous events, aren't subject to 'death by stoning'. That is the punishment for adulterers.
