Thanks for the reply but I have a separate thread about "which bookies are worth opening". Here I want to know if anybody has had problems, or been "scammed" dealing with any of these bookies?

32 Red is the same company as 888 and Unibet
888 and unibet are separate companies - 888 used to use bluesq interface but when bluesq sold out to betfair they started using the unibet interface |

888 unibet 32 red are the fkin same as they use same odds same limits blah blah blah
they use the same platform, servers, odds its a bit like saying bet daq aint got fkall to do with lad brokes all the c u next tuesdays on the rancid rock are all in collusion ie data, odds, limits the whole fkin lot is more corrupt than anything greece has ever done if you dont agree prove me wrong go on you rancid lot prove me wrong they are so sad they are trying to get the POC ruled illegal but if they win the govt will be 300m down so guess what will happen the uk on shore books will get hammered big time with probably the easier tax of 50% on fobts then its goodbye to half the high street |

I've read some negative stuff about betway on the horse racing forum. They sponsor West Ham to get some credibility if that's the right word but I wouldn't go near them personally.

I opened a few accounts with Betway. They were not very good and when I had my last account limited I tried to withdraw the money I had in the account but I was unable to do so because they said the debit card I used crossed international regulations or something. So I had to do a bank transfer which I have actually forgot to do and that's about 2 months ago. Must do it over the weekend.

The online bookies must have milions in unclaimed and sleeping accounts. As someone said above there's a strong case for control by FSA.

racebets are ok for what they are, didnt outright scam but as mentioned they get cold feet very quickly. also, expect the usual faff of passport/address id etc
