Majella Lynch of Southampton died two days after a full 400ml (0.7 pint) bottle of shampoo was removed from her abdomen.
The court heard she was taken to hospital on April 18th last year in 'terrible pain'

The prosecuting QC says that, but why is it impossible for her to have shoved it up herself? Surely every A&E nurse has stories of removing the most unlikely objects from various orifices. Whatever happened, it is another pointless tragedy, another waste of life. |
