trilby22, this is totally unrelated to your post but it brought back a funny memory. While taking a last minute break in Tenerife many moons ago, I was approached by a Time share seller I told him I wasn't interested , and he said what does that mean? I replied, where I come from it means fack off, he replied (you won't believe this) "where you from then, Pluto" I almost collapsed with laughter thinking where the fack did that comment come from. Happy days.

in East Ham emptied Primark in the August 2011 riots after Newham Police got sent to Tottenham.

Some shrewdies looted the jewellers in Vicarage Fields Shopping Centre in Barking, which was one of only two jewellers in the area to get done.

They did a lot of other stuff as well, but it was hushed up because the Olympics were coming to Newham.
