Yes Alun, just got back from walking Muttley. How can I be of assistance?

Phew, thank the Lord I've found you.

Slippy  - I am, to say the least, a bit worried for you my friend.

Are you ABSOLUTELY, 200% sure that you have every shirt on the hangers pointing the same way, AND shoes, left right,, not the other way around ???

Quite frankly I am greatly concerned about the devastating consequences that might materialise if they are otherwise.

Go on, have another check.

Wink

I don't need to check Alun, I just know it to be the case  Laugh. I've just literally took my trainers off after the dog walking and as sure as eggs are eggs they are lined up by the front door in the correct order, left facing right. All shirts, suits, anything on a hanger is facing in the same way in the walk in wardrobe, inwards. I've been like that ever since I can remember to be honest. it must be the Virgo in me, bit of a perfectionist/eccentric. So don't you fret about me Alun, everything is completely in order but thanks for your concern anyway. ExcitedWink

I can't be the only person on here with such traits shirley? I remember our man Angoose was exactly the same as me in fact he said he sacked a maid who got the hanger thing messed up Shocked

Thank the Lord for that Slips. Just as long as you are SURE, you know.

I am a bit ashamed for asking to be fair.

At least I have so few shirts and shoes I don't let it become a pre-occupation.

If I was Foxy, right now I'd be racing up the stairs as fast as possible to make sure they were all in the correct position in the wardrobe, ESPECIALLY because a potential intruder such as Aka  might have messed them all up.

I'm the same Alan. Whenever my services as a gigolo are required I charge by the inch and I am most scrupulous not to give more than the fillies have paid for. Why even Rocco's niece wouldn't get it all. Wink

I took a Saturday job in Burtons in the 60s when at uni.
My main job was to constantly go round and tidy up the suits after the customers.
They all faced left and I had to pack them up and tuck the left sleeve in.
I lasted 3 Saturdays and now take pride in my suits/shirts hanging willy nilly. Laugh

I don't think there's any doubt we've ALL learned something important tonight.

In future some people will have to ensure they've locked every door in the house before they go out, and triple-checked it to be on the safe side, because of the frankly calamitous consequences to their wardrobes that might otherwise arise.

I hadn't realised that these Wardrobe Messers were running rampant around our once-safe neighbourhoods, but there's little doubt the phenomenon exists. And coming to a street near YOU.

Too bl00dy late to tell me that now, I have just done all the above, and probably won't sleep tonight even though nursie has reassured me no one can get in to this secure unit after 20.30. still worried. Sad

Genuine Laugh Akabula. Thing is, I couldn't give a monkeys how anyone else lives, my house is in order and that's all that counts. I don't mind lobbing socks and boxers on the floor mind, I'm not that bad.

Slippy the space I use for my clothes is a 'wardrobe' I created in an alcove.
It's not very big though and (please sit down before you read on) I have more than 1 shirt on most hangers.

You're yanking my chain now akabula. I'm more than happy to have a laugh with the chaps, in fact you all know me, I enjoy the craic  but you shouldn't make up silly stuff like that.
