Dragons' Den is back with three new multi-millionaires ready to breathe new fire into the Den. Fashion tycoon Touker Suleyman, serial restaurateur Sarah Willingham and online greeting cards pioneer Nick Jenkins take their seats alongside formidable business giants Deborah Meaden and Peter Jones.
In the series opener, an online property businessman feels the wrath of the Dragons and a yoga instructor tries to bring some much- needed zen into the Den. But will any of the entrepreneurs manage to secure some of the Dragons' cash? |

Not sure about the other two and am too tired to look them up. I guess they'll tell us at the start of the programme. Now I come to think of it, I'm not really sure where Peter's money comes from. It has something to do with mobile phones but I've never known quite what. |

Not just new blood new ideas.
Until the series demands that the dragons table their bids/offers in sealed envelopes without knowing what the contestants are after then the programme won't be as good as it could be. Would probably show the dragons shortcomings too often though, and of course they wouldn't agree to that. |

Steaming -- I'd have gone for Tuk -- important thing is getting in the shops; there is not much repeat business to be had which is completely different from Nick's greetings cards. Interesting that Deb's offer was a 50/50 deal. Interesting that the entrepreneur immediately did the mental arithmetic to work out the offer. Evan described going with Deb and Nick as a controversial decision -- ie he ballsed it up a treat. Ladies' underwear -- failed her accountancy exam. Not really sure why a dragon could not have made a conditional offer until they'd seen the books. Property crowdfunding (whatever that means) -- £1M for 5% won't end well. Sounds like he wanted a free advert on the BBC more than a dragon. Bring back the knickers woman imo. |

Tears , a hard luck story, and a "nutter" or two , looks like the way this show is going.

The pre-Den backstory is already annoying -- this isn't the X-Factor.

Is that new guy a ringer for theo or what. I actually thought it was him until after the programme when I googled him to check what was wrong with him. Thought he must have some illness which had affected his vocal cords.

Yoga -- Duncan owned gyms (executive health clubs). As bad as the undies woman when it came to the numbers. Tuk did not know really how gyms and franchised exercise classes work. That said, nor do I. Three offers. Sarah saying she'd work with Peter not Tuk was interesting.
