I know it's a bit of a delicate subject but has anyone on here any experience of these? Do they work on the principle of a womans corset or what? Can they make a 4xxxxL into just looking like an xL? Only reason i'm asking is i've a friend who is after putting on a bit of a "chucky" and is a bit sensitive when going out. Any help much appreciated.
Advise your 'friend' to exercise more and reduce his calorie intake.
There are no quick fixes in the weight-loss game, but sticking with it produces good results an will give a sense of satisfaction far greater than any short-cut

Sound advice Ted,it isn't me btw it is a fella called Fintan. He is fairly conscious of his weight and it is a reunion do, he was like a rake a few years ago. I only saw the ad on the telly and was wondering would it just be a kinda quick fix for him.

Many thanks for the replies. Think i,m just going to tell Fintan he isn't that bad sitting down. The reviews have in many cases touched upon what was said above and despite getting a size larger(they only go to 3XL btw) a lot complained they can only get the t shirt over their shoulders and it is impossible to go down any further. My favourite review was one chap saying "If you want to look like an ar$e and feel like an ar$e,get one".
