He was probably using an unfunded account, same reason his last moniker disappeared. Betfair are cracking down on these and that's probably why Do Wah HAS GONE AS WELL.
Well if he's been banned then obviously someone complained, often the first person to " notice " they are not around anymore can't be asked to have a look who that may be.

I noticed that he'd not posted for a while and that's not like him. Clicked on his name and found it no longer existed.
Not sure where I read it but is triggered by a dormant account funded or not, of course I could be wrong.
Surely they'd give some sort of notice before shutting an account?

That's just it the accounts are never closed, you probably just lose your posting rights on the forum.

My accounts not had any funds in for years and I'm still here.
so it was empty, then that's twice not banned but cannot post in empty accounts for CMAT, perhaps they are going through the alphabet, you may be lucky if your names Zultsman Kenny
