One rang me up today so I answered the phone abruptly and told him to stop ringing me as
have had silent phone calls for a week ..he shouted" I will send the police round to your house"
down the phone so I shouted "send them then" and put the phone down..I then got another
call 5 minutes later and shouted "scrub my number and don't bother ringing me you idiot"and
hung up again...Thankfully its gone quiet now

The correct cold call response is, in fact, "What colour panties are you wearing?" followed by a statememnt that you, yourself, are not wearing any.
