Prob is by the time the appeals Process etc is carried out it would cost more to hang him ,32 years sentence how much of that will he do ? You can bet a shade of odds on will be out in 15 to kill again ...

Fill up a prison to capacity with 'lifers'.
Give them knives, machetes and clubs, but no guns. No first aid or medical treatment will be available to anybody. Last one standing gets half of his sentence quashed. Lock him back up, then wheel out the dead and dying. Restock the cells with lifers from other prisons. Repeat, until all stock is exhausted. Put it on PPV to make even more money, on top of the savings to the taxpayer. It's all win/win.  When the last left is close to a release date, accidentally throw him off the roof. On the other hand, you may find among certain types that 3 meals a day and a roof over their head is luxury, and they may not want to fight. Chuck 'em in there regardless. |
