The annoying thing is aren't the loud 50cc's deliberately loud, like with removed or drilled or deliberately loud exhausts?
AFAIK they should be quiet, no reason not to be. They should confiscate loud 50ccs and give them a bmx with cards in the spokes to get home on. |
